Samantha Bosco (USA) - Women C4 Category:

A decorated long-distance triathlete, Jouanny has proven his prowess in the Men H2 category. With gold medals in both the time trial and road race events at the UCI Para-cycling Road World Cup events in Maniago and Ostend, Jouanny's endurance and determination make him a formidable competitor in the upcoming World Championships.
Jouanny is the reigning Men H2 Road Race UCI World Champion.
Marieke Van Soest (Netherlands) - Women T1 Category:
Marieke Van Soest has consistently been the athlete to beat in the Women T1 category in 2023. With victories in both the time trial and road race events at the UCI Para-cycling Road World Cup, Van Soest has established herself as the favourite for the Rainbow Jersey once again in August.
Van Soest is the current Women T1 Individual Road Race and Time Trial UCI World Champion, after claiming two stunning victories in Canada in 2022.

Fin Graham's performances in the Men C3 category over the past two seasons have garnered plenty of attention within the cycling world.
As a standout para-cyclist from Great Britain, Graham has displayed his talent with gold medals in both the time trial and road race events at the UCI Para-cycling Road World Cup in 2023.
